Hey guys,

So my friend fell out of status on 2011 September and haven't left the country or applied to reinstate the F1 status. The F1 visa expired on june 15 and knowing the 90 days rule. Left usa on august 12th. So, what are the chances of him coming back on H1B through a company or through visiting visa? How bad is the record as of now? Please give your suggestions and help!
