How long does Data fix takes? Is there anything I can submit to my company as a temporary fix?

My OPT card expires on 14th Aug and I applied for a Cap Gap Extension. The University told me that a Data fix is required on my SEVIS account.
I want to know how long this data fix takes. My H1b is approved. In case the I-20 doesn't arrive by that date, is there anything that can be submitted to my company as a temporary fix? Please suggest

2 months. Mine is still pending and it has been more than 2 months.

When did u apply for cap gap ?? Any way u are fine .. No need to take any action ..

And y u need a data fix .. Is there any issue with u r sevis records ??
