Which University is good and do they offer on-campus jobs?

Hi, I will be applying for Masters in Computer science for Spring 2014 semester. Can u please tell me which one is Best university and if they offer partime on-campus jobs ?

-CSU San Bernardino
-Lawrence Technological University
-Texas A&M University Kingsville
-University of Mary Hardin Baylor
-Sacred Heart University

Most of the state universities have a large number of students and are big. Therefore it is easy to find on campus jobs there. Arizona State is good in computers and is one of the largest state university. Living expenses in Arizona are low too.
