I got visa for university of Michigan-Flint(computer science and information systems).How is it? Shall I continue with this university or shall I transfer to other please suggest me.

This is one of the best universities in the US and also Flint has been ranked as the most unsafe cities to live in the US. I live in Michigan. Transfer to Univ of Michigan in Ann Arbor is possible
