Can i renter USA with My Old I797 Form where i went stamping with?

i recently changed job within the same client for different role & location. so my employer filed a amendement for change of job.. It got NOID (Intent to deny) because i was in india i came for my wedding.

So what are my options right now? if i want to Renter USA

I have valid visa Stamping till 2024...
Can i renter USA with My Old I797 Form where i went stamping with?
