Does finding a Job depends on University Or career field we choose, like Information

For getting job , does it depend on the course we take and university we study. Because most of the people do their masters in EE and finally they come to software field. If getting job depends on the university , please mention the rank of the universities like top 100. So many students are having this doubt ,but cannot clarify.

see no matter what you did..you can get any job if you try hard and by learning stuff, but doing Masters in top universty and doing course related to your job search helps you get job quicker and saves your time..so it would be advantageous but not mandatory

It depends on two things...1st the university you choose...If you are choosing some of the best universities and maintain a GPA above 3.0...then job is in your hands...no matter which major you choose...
2nd thing is the subject you choose...there are so many jobs related to software in USA...CS people get the most number of jobs...if you are not in a demanding major then it is important that you should be in a good university or else in an university where employers come to offer jobs...
If you lack both...then work hard and try hard to get a job...here "networking" plays a major part
