Hi wanted to thank everyone who replied me. My experience was I came back to US without any issues also my H1 got approved with change of status.

Hi a company filed my H1 on 1st April 2013, I need to travel India in emergency from 2 april - 10 april, what are my chances of 1) Getting my H1 B declined, 2)Will I be able to return as my OPT is valid till Dec 2013 and i hold F1 visa which expires in 2014, 3) I know i will get new I -94 how does that impact my H1?
