I am currently on OPT extension working for an employer properly and have my payroll running. My employer has filed for my H-1B this year. My parents are both employers working in India. Is it advisable to bring them on visiting visa to USA.

I would suggest talking to your DSO. A copy of latest i-20, DL, and a letter addressed to US consulate, saying that you are inviting your parentsComment
