FICA Taxes refund for non residential alien

I’m a non-resident alien on F1 visa. I was working on campus in my university book store from Jan 2015 for 1 month, I received W2 from them. On May 2015 I graduated and working on OPT thereafter, I received w2 from my current employer. My FICA Taxes are withheld from both employers. I know I need to file 843 and 8316 but my question is do I need to file two 843 and 8316 for each employer ?
I have already filed my Federal and State Tax returns. I appreciate your help.
