My wife is a US citizen and I'm on opt and she is sponsoring me for my green card and kinda struck on the i 864 form (affidavit of support). My wife graduated in Dec 2014 and has not worked for whole of 2015 and she started working in January 2016 and hence she does not have her tax returns for 2015. I have my W2 for 2015, I filed my taxes and also have my IRS tax transcript for 2014. My wife's annual incomes is twice the required threshold amount for a household of 2. Can she sponsor me with her income and my payslips and tax returns for either 2014/2015. Can anyone who has accurate knowledge about this help me please. your help would me much appreciated.
