Travelling to Puerto Rico

I am on OPT right now (expires June), my company would file for for H1-B as usual on April-1.
I am planning to travel to Puerto Rico after my H1-B has been filed. (Late April)
My specific concerns are:
1) Do I get a new I-94 on re-entering mainland?
2) Would I face any kind of immigration authorities (USCIS/ CBP) at all or is it pure domestic travel?
3) Will the travel affect my H1-B application in any way?
4) Any other risks/ concerns in travel?
