E-Verify Employer Agent help

Hi everyone,

This may be a very naive question..I am currently checking different consultancies on the USCIS website and if the results come out for the column- E-Verify Employer Agent? - No

Does it mean that the consultancy is not e-verified ? Also is it a must that the employer has to be a federal contractor ?

If your employer name pops up in the USCIS search tool..it's E-Verified. For employment during Stem extension. .your employer has be to be E-Verified. That's it!

FEDERAL CONTRACTOR AND E-VERIFIY EMPLOYER AGENT columns are completely different. Your employer doesn't have to be either of them. (It can be 'no' and 'no' in respective boxes..don't worry

Everify agent is another concept .. U dont need to worry about it .
