Hello, my situation is unique in some regards but common in others. Its common because unfortunately USPS claims to have to delivered my EAD but they never did. Its unique because this happened about a year or so ago. I've waited so long because I need to raise the money to be able to file for a replacement. And a few months ago I did, now Immigration got back to me saying I needed to prove it was lost, I have no way of doing so since the post office claims they delivered it. What should I do?

I guess u need to file a complaint with the police, stating that u lost the Ead card and send that document to the UscisComment
