Finding Training and Jobs in EAD - Quality Assurance

HI,

I am in a Non-IT field with EAD. I am interested in finding IT jobs (Quality Assurnace) with companies providing training and job placement assistance. I am not sure how to proceed and find the right company as there are numerous options available and not sure which one is valid or not.

Please advise.
