In EAD - Advice required for IT QA Training and Placement

Hi All,

This request is for my spouse. She is a Masters degree holder in Non IT subject, from India ; currently in EAD. WE are based out of Nashville and looking for advice on nice and reliable companies that provide Training and Placement in and around Nashville area in IT field (QA). Any help would be highly appreciated.

I have couple of companies contacted me, But not sure how to rate them on their placement guarantee.
