Salary range for nurses in Canada?

I am trying to track the changes in nurses' salaries across Europe, and through the US and Canada. I do understand that there was an employment boom a couple of years ago for nurses and health practitioners, but now it's starting to taper off. And the salary rate has actually been leveling the past few years.

I would like to know, if anyone can give me an idea of the average rate for salary in the following places: Denmark, London, Belgium, Canada (Alberta, Toronto), the United States (New York, California). These are just test samples, which I'm adding to my blog.

Over time, I'm planning to create an app that will track this easily.
