Hi I am currently OPT Student i have done with my masters in august when am doing my masters worked as Teaching Assistant and my current problem is am planning to file the tax can anyone suggest me the tax fillation sites and instructions and i am working for an organization from Dec do i need to take w2 from them also thanks in advance

If you are on F1/OPT for less than 5yrs then u need to file 1040 NR EZ tax form. Turbo tax doesnot have functionality to support that form. If you are using Turbo tax then u will end up filing 1040 form which is not the apt one.Originally posted by DesiOPT-FaceBook-Fan View PostComment

Any number of w2 forms you have for a tax year... filinf for tax returns should be done all together once...i suggest turbotax.com for easy filing and trackingComment
