Am I selected in the Lottery?

Hello.. I have applied for H1B for this year.I have not heard any update from my lawer, But when I approached my international office regarding my sevis update, They gave me a receipt number.. Does that mean I am selected in the lotteryy..I checked the receipt number online and it is under acceptance..I am quite confused and tensed... thanks

Yes. It means you are accepted! Even I am in the same position as you are! My employer did not get a confirmation yet but my SEVIS is updated with the receipt number!
