Question regarding visa for Bahamas cruise trip from Miami, FL

1) Hi, my H1B was approved but I am yet to get it stamped. And I don’t think my F1 visa is valid any more though its expiry date is 2016, so in that case I will definitely have problem in reentering from Bahamas to USA, just wanted to confirm? The port of entry in US won’t accept by F1 visa anymore? Is it advisable to travel to Bahamas only after getting the H1B stamp so that there is no issue in reentering?

2) Is any tourist visa required to visit Bahamas (Indian citizens with valid H1B) for Cruise ships?

3) I recently got my Driving License extended till my H1B expiry date so does that mean that my SEVIS is no longer valid?

1 u can not get h1 stamp in bhamas .. and automatic revalidation does not apply for bhamas ..

3 it is not about dl .. but if u got h1 with cos then u r f1 does not valid anymore ..

Hi... I have been to Bahamas and they checked my stamping while coming back to USA(by cruise) and without stamping no way to enter back to usa.... No need of any visa for bahamas... Us visa with valid stamping would be fine to visit bahamas
