Tax Question

I have a question regarding Medicare Tax & SSN Tax. Can I get the same back by filling Form#843 after 15th of April this year????

Yes you can fill in Form 843 and send it to the same address to which your tax return was sent

Yes u can get it bck after April 15th too - it wl take a little more time to get that bck...
