my degree has accredition but school does not have accredition previous to that

Hi,
Good Evening, i have a question, if i a student who is passed from a school which is granted accredition from the semester that he has passed out and his degree is accredited, does he qualify to apply for GC under EB2?
Note-Accredition was not available for the school before his passing out.
