Advise to Job seekers who are researching Employers-
1. Check to make sure Employer is E-Verified

2.MyVisaJobs: Check employer H1B and Green Card sponsored history at Myvisajobs
3. If you can't find above then ask Employer to send Company formation doc
4. Also read article on 'How to Choose and Employer" which provides more information

ideally, join that consultancy which your friends/ college seniors might have joined before you for their training, placement n h1b filing.. that way, you have good information about the consultancy, their trainers, courses offered and salary details upon getting a job..Comment
