ideally, join that consultancy which your friends/ college seniors might have joined before you for their training, placement n h1b filing.. that way, you have good information about the consultancy, their trainers, courses offered and salary details upon getting a job..

Advise to Job seekers who are researching Employers-
1. Check to make sure Employer is E-Verified

2.MyVisaJobs: Check employer H1B and Green Card sponsored history at Myvisajobs
3. If you can't find above then ask Employer to send Company formation doc
