EB2(a) Greencard

Hello,

1) I am looking for companies who are willing to sponsor a greencard. Any advise?

2) After receiving the EB2(a) Greencard, is there a specific time period that I am supposed to stay with the company who sponsors me? Or can I freely seek for other job options without even having started working with the employer who sponsors?

3) Does the sponsor company necessarily be in the same industry/business. Eg. having an IT resume, can a CPA firm sponsor me?
