Thanks to everything that you are doing to help everyone in all kinds of dilemmas.
My friend did his Masters is on H1B from 2013 and he is in a tricky situation. He needs help. This is his background.
B.Sc - Bachelors in Visual Communication (Apr 2005 - May 2008 -)INDIA
MA - Masters in Communication Arts Jan 2010 - Dec 11- USA
One year OPT and H1B - Dec 2012 - Till date - USA.
He wants to start his green card processing and is kind of doubtful because he might fall under EB3 category even though he has a masters here. When he joined school here, even though with 15 yrs of education, he was told that after his WES evaluation that he needed to take up a course and he did that too.
1) will he still come under EB3?
2) if yes, what can he do to fall into EB2?
