Address change on passport

Hi

I am currently on OPT and I have to apply for my STEM extension.
My parents moved to a new address in India and I haven't updated that yet with USCIS. My DSO told me to send it to him and he will update it with USCIS.
My concern is if I have to fill any form for this purpose or talk with USCIS directly.

Another thing is my passport still has the old address on it and I am not sure how to get that updated here in the US. My company might apply for my H1B and they will need a copy of my passport. Will it be a problem if my passport has my old Indian address?
It looks like all the services have now been transferred to BLS International and I am very scared to mail my passport as I have heard lots of negative comments about them.

Bls will update your American address on your passport so I would leave it as it is
