  • RFE: Violation of 30 day filing rule?

OPT/CPT Blast Resume to 2500+ employers via http://bit.ly/18niNwb

I applied for my OPT and got a RFE. Here are the details.

    -I graduated on Dec 13th,2013.
-I applied for OPT on Dec 17th, 2013.
-My I-20 was signed by me and my DSO on Dec 17th,2013.
-My case was accepted by USCIS on Dec 20, 2013.
-On Feb 1,2014 there was a status change telling that the Alien number was changed.
-On Feb 5th,2014 it was changed to RFE.

The details were that I could not submit an I-20 with 30 day filing deadline. I actually mailed it on Dec 17th, 2013 as soon as I got it signed.

    1. Do I need to file a new I-765 as I will be completing my 60 days after graduation in 2 days?
    2. What can I do now?
    3. Is there a violation of 30 day filing rule in my case really? Thanks in advance.
