Transfer of University during 3rd Semester

I had a query regarding transfer of university. I am masters student of CS dept. into 3rd semester.I am planning to transfer my university to some other university in California area with no compulsory thesis. Can I do this?

U can transfer to any university any time but u won't be able to transfer more than 9 credits to your new school ...... u would have to finish the rest of the credits to be done with masters .... U would loose all the credits u have earned currently

Yes you can transfer not a problem. Check with the prerequisites and subjects that can be transferable

Will it be like transferring most of the courses from current university and taking 2 or 3 course at the new university and get graduated ??

Also can we work on cpt and complete course work during that semester ?? As the person must have completed more than 9 months in states .. Thank you in advance
