OPT Stem extension RFE

Hi All,

I got a RFE to submit all pay stubs and bank statements of my past OPT time but for [B]one month middle of OPT time i don't have pay stubs[/B] i am on bench. can any please suggest how can i proceed. Thanks in advance.

Either ask the employer to generate a paystub with all 0's and write a letter explaining that on his letter head or send what you have and also send a letter from your employer explaining the reason for the gap.

Ask your employer to produce a document which states that you were working or employed in that company without being paid. In this case you don't need to provide USCIS a pay stub. And, if you want to have a faster and confident result from USCIS, you can also approach an attorney, which makes your work easy too.
