  • verification for employment

How does the USCIS verify that we have/have not exceeded 90 days of unemployment period? Does the USCIS personally get in touch with the university/the organisation to verify that the student is working in that organisation ? And lastly, when we give the employment details to our university what all documents do we have to show to the university

They really don't the only way is if you get stopped by a cop when you are driving, and they report you.

When we submit out employer details ... Our DSO will update out employer details in the USCIS website and generate a i20

You go to your international advisor and he/she sends the respective documents to USCIS

Regardless of how USCIS will find about your unemployment, please don't try to violate the rules - There were RFE questions posted on our forum earlier where they requested complete employment history during OPT extension and H1b approval. It is better to be safe than sorry.
