    Hi,

    I applied for OPT extension last month. I got a mail from Locker box from USCIS regarding the receipt number. I tracked my status with this number. It showed initial review but with a warning that the receipt number was mailed the address I mentioned in I-765 and to my surprise it was undelivered and returned to USCIS. I checked the address again, it is correct. ( Does 1320 East, instead of 1320 E in address would make any difference?) The status reads, it might be a serious problem for processing. They would start processing only if I update my address. What could be the problem for undelivery? I called to the number they provided: (800) 375-5283. They were not responding properly to my case and was saying they are not the right person to tell about this and then they forwarded the call to some other line, which they kept me on hold for too much time. I again called them and this process repeated again.What is the best number to reach them? I am worried how will they update my address information and send the receipt ASAP.

      1-800-767-1833 try this for customer care. It should be in your mailbox and are u sure that your name is included in the mail box. Make sure that you are patient enough till call reaches customer care. They will resolve this issue. Not a problem just address update in database. You will receive with in the given time
