Student Visa Expired- Travel on OPT Extension

Hi,I am on my OPT extension valid till Nov-14. My student visa had expired so I wanted to know
-If anyone has traveled to India on OPT and got the visa stamped again?
-Also is it possible to apply for an H1B while in India? Thanks

Actually its confusing. If you are on OPT extension and expiring in Nov, haven't you applied for H1b? Anyways moving forword, there are instances where visa was stamped in OPT but chances are slim. And Yes obviously you can apply for H1 from India if someone is ready to offer you.

Dear Questioner, Usually it is preferred to go before 6months of your student visa expiration date. The situation you are in is of high risk. If it is mandatory to go then please carry offer letter, Client letter from the client,(Assuming you are on OPT). Thanks and Wish you all the best.
