My OPT application was approved in Sep-2012 and received EAD card on time. I am working for a full-time position for the past 6 months. Now, it's time for me to apply for STEM extension. When I requested my DSO to issue STEM extension I-20, DSO was saying, OPT request status in SEVIS is still showing as "Requested", hence I couldn't print I-20 until SEVIS corrected this. DSO has requested a correction 2 weeks ago, but no response from SEVIS so far. I have e-filed my I-765 for STEM extension and need to mail supporting documents now.
-Should I just send rest of the documents, except I-20 to USCIS, or
-Do I need to wait till I get some response from SEVIS? Please share your thoughts.
