I don't have hopes to get my OPT.Been 1 year and got 2 RFE. Would expedite work?

Waiting for OPT from past 1 year-I applied for OPT on May 2012, got 2 times RFE. Submitted all documents with legal Attorney signature, now I don't have hopes to get my OPT.

1st RFE
1.I got regarding my school information and then

2nd RFE
1.When I was on CPT, need my paystubs
2.Proof of My employer location in California.

I provided 3 paystubs and proof of my employer location with Attorney legal documents.I heard that expedite will work, please can anyone suggest me

omg this is horrible.. california service center is tough.. Also I heard they are really strict with Indian applications because of the number of people breaking F1 rules

Mine's in cali too and its been 3.5 months and I've also responded to my first RFE and waiting for a result but I'm thinking of withdrawing my application and going back to India. Do you know if this will hamper my chances of coming back for grad school later on an f1 again?

Which university are you from ? A lot depends on the university as well
