OPT reporting question

Thank you DesiOPT.com....you guys are doing a wonderful job.. I have a question
I am an OPT right now..It was started on July 5th. I am in training through a consultancy and they gave me an offer letter that says i have started my internship on July 5th. But it's been 22 days i haven't submitted my employment details to DSO. I have to submit them within 10 days right. It is past 10 days. So my question is "Is it fine to submit the details now with the start date from July5th ? or I can get a new offer letter that will says i have started 10 days ago from today's date . So that i can submit that ...
Please suggest me on this...Thank u in advance...

submit now that you have started on july 5th

ask them to give a new letter with a recent date...

Thats okay... Rather than wasting your time here... Update the school As soon as possible with Jul 5th as start date.. Tell them that you are sick and forgot to update the same...
