Is it safe to apply for STEM extension and H1 in SAS field jobs?

I have a question, I have finished my MS in Agricultural engineering and during my masters I have completed three courses directly related to STAT and SAS. I am preparing for SAS certification. I want to start my career related to SAS. Will it be safe to apply for stem extension and H1 in SAS field jobs.

P.S. My Degree qualify for STEM Extension
