Still I have not completed my masters, is it possible for my company to apply for H1 before getting my degree.
If they can apply for H1 it will come under 20000 or 65000 quota?

Yes its possible before Masters. It will be based on your bachelors degree and will come under 65000 quota. -
You may be sponsored for an H-1 if you have a bachelor's degree or the equivalent of a US bachelor's degree. For example, if you have a three year bachelor's degree, you will need an education credential evaluation which states you have the equivalent of a US bachelors based on education or education and experience (if you have any). Such a filing would be counted under the 65,000 cap.Comment
