F1 visa - OPT - issue with name

In my passport i dont have last name so its mentioned as first name :- ABCD and last name is blank. In my visa my name is mentioned as first name :- FNU last name :- ABCD. In my i94 also my name is mentioned as first name :- FNU last name :- ABCD.
In my i20 my name is mentioned just as :- ABCD

NOW i am applying for the initial opt. Will there be any issue with this situation where in few documents "FNU" is mentioned and in some its not mentioned.
Kindly suggest what should be done in this situation.
