OPT STEM Denial : Need help

Hi
I have completed MBA in marketing and digital marketing course which is mapped to 52.1302 (Business Statistics CIP Code). Finding discrepancy in this, USCIS has denied my OPT extension saying your course cannot be STEM as the MBA in Marketing has 52.1401 CIP code and MBA in Digital Marketing has 52.1404 CIP code both are non STEM. But all courses in my university is STEM. What documents should I provide or how can I prove my degree is STEM? Need your help
