I uploaded an OPT withdrawal request on 13th Dec in my USCIS online account, but the OPT still got approved on 20th December. Does this mean that the OPT withdrawal request has been not considered/rejected? Or does it mean that USCIS will still consider this and in future the OPT could be withdrawn? Will USCIS send some formal communication on the OPT withdrawal request?
