My STEM OPT is expiring in 6 months, H1B is in submitted status. I am hearing we should not travel outside US, as the H1B registration status says submitted and there is possibility of 2nd H1B lottery.
If I travel outside US and the 2nd lottery happens, am I allowed to come back to US on OPT EAD?
