After I completed my undergraduate in the US, I did an unpaid internship for my OPT in a small company 10 years ago. I stayed there for one and a half months. After I left the firm, I returned to my home country without any overstaying. I did report this employment to DSO and there is a record of this employment in SEVIS.
However, I couldn't find any supporting evidence anymore (letter of employment, dates, job contents, etc.) and my previous employer refused to issue a letter (understandably, it is a long time ago).
Now I am applying for an EB-3 visa through consular processing. I wonder if this going to be a problem during I-140 or the visa interview?
