I got RFE for STEM extension, should I respond myself or hire attorney. The letter says that I accured more than 30 days unemployment on OPT.
I have been asked to provide below
- Complete Employment history (including starting and end date)
-Proof of employment on OPT
For proof, I can provide
- Letter from Employer establishing job title, duties, location, pay rate, number of hours worked each week
- Copy of pay stub
Since I worked for consulting remotely, I have to provide
- Evidence of the jobs I worked
- I need to provide information in Employment history.
My situation
I worked for 3 employers on OPT- Employment 1 and Employment 2 were unpaid. My offer letter states that.
My current work with employer 3 is paid.
Should I consult an attorney, or DSO. I am getting all my paystubs and other paperwork ready.
