Client letter for OPT Extension

i am applying for opt extension working at client, please send sample offer letters to provide to my client, as i am first opt candidate working with this client.

If you are working in the Employer-Client model then you don't need the client letter for extension. A letter from your employer should suffice.

You don't need letter from client the employer letter is sufficient having e verify no and job description which should be directly related to major

But if its a big client they won't reveal their E verify number. In this case they will file your opt stem extension.
