Stem Opt and cpt

Currently I am on OPT(12 months) but still not graduated. I am planning to take admission in some other university for masters, after completing masters from current university.
After completing masters from other university again, I am eligible for CPT as well as STEM OPT extension ?

You are doing ur CPT right now, not OPT. that is what i understand form what u wrote. coz i am doing the same.

OPT and STEM extension should be Continuous. If you take admission into new university with current SEVIS, your OPT will be terminated{ You cannot have two status at same time}. Since you already utilized your masters level OPT, you are not eligible for another OPT with in masters level. For better suggestions contact you Intl advisor.

I don't think he/she is on CPT right now, so stop assuming. Since he mentioned he is on OPT, it is very possible to be on OPT and not graduate.
If you take admission into another University your STEM extension will be cancelled and you might only be eligible for CPT(If university allows it in 1st sem).

I have finished my MS in agricultural engineering and during my masters I have completed three courses directly related to Stat and SAS. I am preparing for SAS certification. I want to start my career related to SAS. Will it be safe to apply for stem extension and H1 in SAS field jobs.
