Taking Class While operating with OPT

Hello DesiOPT
I just found out by looking at a classmate's transcripts that I only needed one more class to complete my double major in Business Administration and Accounting which was Business Seminar and they do not offer it online. I was wondering if there is a way to complete a semester on based on that class only while having my OPT going and working and taking the class at the same time
