Hey guys, you are doing a nice job in solving most of our problems. I hope there is a solution for a unique case of mine. First time I had applied for OPT I did not sign the cheque and hence I assumed that the items would be returned back and I applied for another application within a week consulting the ISO. I got the EAD card for the first one and I was happy but i received another EAD card with a start date a week later. so my question is which start date/ end date should i consider?

I feel you must report to USCIS about the issue and they will block one of the card...Comment

call uscis and let them know about ur issue.. i think thy can cancel one opt card.. and also inform ur institution abt it..Comment

do one thing keep both the cards,,,if you lose one ,,,keep the other...Comment

well your case maybe unique but don't worry it's not a big problem (touchwood). call uscis about this issue & they will resolve it & most definitely they will cancel one of your cards. good luck!Comment
