Can you do OPT and online masters

Hi,

I am currently doing OPT time and I applied to do an online master for world wide university (Embry Riddle). I was wondering if anybody think it would be an issue as the campus is based in the usa but is a world wide program that can be taught it any country, therefore I assume does not qualify for F1.
