have you ever heard any thing like this?

Hi, I have applied for OPT Ext (I-765) which was approved and i did receive my card already but after a month i received a notice from uscis today that they have moved my case to another office to speed up processing i.e. USCIS - NBC, MO and notice type is "Transfer Notice".

does anybody know about this? what this could be ? i called uscis and they said we have to forward case to level 2 officer but for some reason they were busy so they have setup a call back for Monday but meanwhile its really bugging me.

any inputs are welcome.

I guess u received mail way too late .... could be post office/uscis fault. Do you see any date in that notice ?

Their system is messed up. I received email notification stating 'card/document in production' with receipt number from my initial OPT while I was already on my stem Extension OPT. Just talk to them and clarify. You should be good otherwise.

It is normal. Nothing is wrong. They normally transfer cases to Nebraska center to ease the load on other centers.
