31 days after Graduation, Didn't apply OPT yet - will it be an issue?

Nope there won't be any issue OPT can be applied from 60 days of his program completion date ( documents should be reached to USCIS with in 60 days ) I.e., it would be 60 days from 21 st May.

The filing window for OPT is between 3 months before your program end date and 2 months after your program end date.

Hello, This site is wonderful..helping me with many updates to student issues.

I have doubt ....On may 21st 2013 , My friend completed masters program and did not apply for OPT yet. will it be problem applying opt now. Does it affect OPT time period, Please suggest ?
